A plain-language overview of information shared through the Home Front Transit website.
Information you choose to send
If you use a contact or business inquiry form, Home Front Transit receives the information you enter, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, inquiry type, anticipated need, timeframe, and message. Please do not submit sensitive student, medical, IEP, Social Security, payment, or other confidential personal information. The form endpoint also uses strict server-side validation, a short-lived in-memory rate limit, and a hidden spam trap; transient rate-limit state uses request network information only to reduce automated abuse and is not added to the inquiry email.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry. Contact information is not presented as a reservation, service commitment, contract, quote, or confirmation of availability.
Email delivery
Website forms are sent to support@homefronttransit.com through the site’s hosted email service. The email address you provide may be used as the reply-to address so the company can respond.
Analytics and third parties
When the public PostHog key is configured, the site loads PostHog asynchronously from the configured host in the document head as the page loads; there is currently no consent control before that load. The site code supplies only PostHog's API host and defaults. It does not explicitly configure or disable PostHog's pageview, autocapture, persistence, IP-handling, or session-replay behavior, and it does not call identify or add custom analytics events. Depending on the PostHog library and project settings, this may involve cookies or local storage and pseudonymous identifiers. No PostHog key is present in this local environment, so analytics is not active in this local build. The site also uses hosted infrastructure and email delivery to operate forms. External sites have their own privacy practices. Whether an enabled PostHog configuration satisfies applicable consent or other legal requirements needs owner/legal review.
